To access certain features, you may be required to create an account or sign in using a third-party login provider such as Facebook, Apple, or Google. You may also be asked to provide a mobile phone number to complete phone verification, login authentication, or account recovery.

You may submit content through the Service, including text, images, files, prompts, messages, or other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display that content solely as necessary to operate, improve, and provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to submit it.
Webservus may send transactional text messages to users who voluntarily provide their mobile phone number in connection with account registration, phone verification, login authentication, or account recovery.
By providing your mobile phone number and requesting a verification code, signing in with SMS verification, or using SMS-based account recovery, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Webservus. These messages may include one-time passcodes, phone verification messages, login authentication codes, and account recovery codes.
Webservus does not use this SMS program to send marketing or promotional text messages.
If you opt out of SMS messages, you may not be able to use phone verification, SMS login authentication, or SMS-based account recovery features.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including how we handle mobile phone numbers used for authentication and security messaging.
The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services, such as authentication providers, cloud infrastructure, payment processors, maps, analytics tools, messaging vendors, or other external platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, logos, text, graphics, and other content provided by us, is owned by or licensed to Webservus and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not use, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we discontinue the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. You may also request account deletion by contacting us at contact@webservus.com or by using any in-app deletion feature we provide.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any content or results obtained through the Service will be accurate, complete, or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webservus and its affiliates, officers, employees, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) $100.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in Missouri, United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and may provide additional notice through the Service or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
